Is there a limit on the number of pets in a session?
There is no limit on the number of pets allowed in a session, however the better behaved the pets, the more interactions we’ll be able to photograph.
How long is the Christmas Experience?
Our sessions are booked back to back all day long and we have blocked off ninety minutes just for your family. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session dressed and ready for your session. Your session includes your Christmas Experience immediately followed by your viewing session where you will place your memorable keepsake order.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is not a minimum purchase amount. However, most clients spend on average $500-$1,500 on prints, products and albums.
Do you provide digital files?
We provide digital social media files for images that you purchase. We also provide a digital file package.
When do we see our images?
You will view and order your images immediately following your session.
When will I receive my artwork?
Sessions that take place in September and October are guaranteed to have your artwork by Christmas.
