Grooming That’s Good for Your Dog. Not Just Their Coat.
Expert grooming in a calm, private setting — because how your dog feels during the groom matters just as much as how they look walking out.
The Difference — Why Riley’s Grooming Is Different
Your dog will see the same groomer at each visit. That means your groomer gets to know your dog — their temperament, their preferences, their quirks — and builds a relationship that makes every visit more comfortable than the last.
Each groomer works in their own separate room, away from the kennels. Your dog won’t see, hear, or be stressed by other dogs during their groom.
We only use all-natural shampoos that get your pet clean and smelling great — without
damaging chemicals. Because what goes on your pet matters just as much as what goes
in them.
What We Offer.

A thorough bath, blow dry, and full brush out
using our all-natural shampoos. Perfect for dogs

between full grooms. Ask us what’s included
for your specific breed when you call.

The Work Speaks for Itself.
Meet Your Groomers
Lead Groomer · 10+ Years Experience
Jackie has been grooming for over ten years and brings both deep expertise and genuine passion to every dog she works with. She’s never stopped learning — completing multiple advanced grooming courses, holistic pet nutrition classes, and earning her pet CPR certification along the way.
While Jackie loves working with all breeds, she has a special place in her heart for Poodles, Bichons, and Westies.
At home, she practices what she preaches — her family includes Mira the Standard Poodle, Thor the Toy Poodle, Bug the Poodle mix, a cat named Adeline, and a small crew of reptiles.
Jackie is married to Marshall, who grooms alongside her at Riley’s. Marshall grew up going to his mom’s grooming salon, and started grooming officially in 2011. He holds a place in his heart for senior and special needs animals. He is a video game enthusiast and appreciates Japanese culture.
Their son Reid occasionally joins them at the shop too — making it a true family affair. When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find Jackie birdwatching with her camera or lost in a good book.
Groomer
Taitum started her journey in the pet industry in 2021 as a bather, training under Jackie and Marshall before growing into a full-time groomer. She’s continued building her skills through grooming webinars and holds her pet CPR certification.
What Taitum loves most about working at Riley’s is the calm, one-on-one environment — private rooms, individual appointments, and the time and space to actually connect with each dog. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing the joy on a pet parent’s face when they pick
up their freshly groomed pup.
At home, Taitum has a full house: Zuul, a Lab/Boxer mix; Monroe, a Toy Poodle; Sybil, a Siamese mix cat; Belly, her bearded dragon; and Grimm, her crested gecko. Outside of work she enjoys reading, board games, and taking her dogs on walks.
